Terms of Agreement

1. 1.GC Scientific provides sourcing infrastructure, clinical tools, and educational resources to licensed medical providers. It does not dispense, compound, or manufacture pharmaceutical products directly.
2. 2.The provider accepts sole responsibility for compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing prescribing, dispensing, and patient care.
3. 3.All information shared through this platform is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without written consent from GC Scientific.
4. 4.GC Scientific reserves the right to suspend or terminate account access for violations of this agreement, regulatory non-compliance, or conduct inconsistent with platform standards.
5. 5.Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Outstanding obligations survive termination.
